Training Arrangements
Class sessions are planned to ensure that you have a mixture of practical and theoretical components, and those classes cater for a wide variety of learning styles. Additionally, workplace practices and environments will be regularly simulated and used to conduct skills-based assessments in accordance with unit requirements. Also, homework tasks may include research, readings from related textbooks and continuing to work on assessment tasks.
Entry Requirements
- Have completed year 12 or equivalent
- Age 18 and above
- Meet IELTS 6 or equivalent* (No band below 5.5)
- Demonstrate required level of Language, Learning and Numeracy skills
Applications for admission for students on a student visa must be submitted using the AMC Enrolment form, which should be sent along with all supporting documents listed therein. Once received, the completed Enrolment forms will be processed, and the application will be assessed based on the provided information. Course Progress Requirements
Satisfactory course progress is required in order to meet visa requirements. More information can be found in the International Student Handbook that also includes information on the specific support that is available to international students.
Students who are identified as being at risk of not meeting course progress requirements will be provided with additional support as recorded in an intervention strategy. Students are also required to maintain satisfactory attendance to meet their visa requirements.
